I was very pleased with my experience working with Shannon and RentProv Realty in general. She was always very quick to respond and on top of everything that needed to be done. My living experience in Providence was very positive from the beginning greatly because Shannon makes your living situation one less thing you have to worry about on your own. I would definitely use her again if I come back to Providence!
