Ryan Lemay at RentProv helped my roommates and I find our new place. I had never used a realtor ever; I’ve had my luck on craigslist over the years, so I was skeptical going into this experience. I have to say I’m extremely satisfied. Ryan called back promptly after I left him a voicemail regarding a couple properties. He worked around 3 completely different schedules and went out to what ended up being our new apartment on 3 separate occasions so we could all see it before making a decision. His line of communication was constantly open and he kept us updated every step of the way. He was a a great liaison between all 3 of us girls and the landlord, and did what he could to get everything done in a timely manner. He was professional and courteous and answered and addressed our questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend seeking out Ryan if you’re looking for a new place in the city, it was an overall great experience.
