John Baffoni

John joined the team in 2010 and has spent over a decade harnessing a niche skill set which is now predominantly focused on residential investments. He has represented sellers, buyers, renters, and landlords by drawing from his unique expertise which has developed through years of sitting at all sides of the negotiation table. He has successfully headed up various renovation and improvement projects with the goal of creating long-term equity and growth. As an experienced landlord John has in-depth knowledge of the leasing market and tenant relations. His personal ventures and professional experience has led him to residing in various settings across the state of Rhode Island.  John was raised in Smithfield but has ultimately settled in the West End of Providence. His multi-faceted background provides a flexible approach to any real estate need you might have.
